I have served six years as a field engineer (soil conservation engineer) with good understanding of research work dissemination to field level. Even, I have 3 years of international engineering consulting company job experience, which taught me to write grants in collaboration with other engineers, leading from the front in the capacity of office engineer. I have research experience in wide range of fields, such as watershed management, decision support system (DSS) development, water quality and NPS pollution study, geotechnology application in natural resources and environmental management, geo-spatial modeling, crop Modeling, water use modeling, data mining, artificial intelligence application in environmental modeling,etc. Currently, I am teaching geotechnology and environmental science courses. Along with my teaching, I have strong interest in research. I am convinced, my experience in field and company job are added advantages for research and teaching. I am open to any challenges because I am completely self-taught with all my high end technical skills.
